Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes things come up or happen that are out of our control, and that you may be unable to attend your scheduled session. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations & rescheduling.
This will allow enough time for another client to take that session.
Clients that are unable to provide at least a 24 hour notice will be charged as follows:
Esthetic Services (Facials, Waxing, Tinting): A fee equal to 30% of your scheduled service(s) total will be charged to the card on file.
PMU Services (Lip Blushing & Brows): The entirety of your deposit will be forfeited.
